He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Jergenson and Nona Jergenson (Teal); his daughter Megan; and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn Derus; his wife Kathy Jergenson of Jefferson; his daughters, Sara Vernig of Plymouth, MN and Christine Messmer (Tom) of Whitewater; his grandchildren, Gavin and Breahna Vernig; and his siblings, Bert (Shirley) of Gallatin, TN, Gary (Sam) and Dann (Jincey) of Langley, WA.. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Al's name to Rainbow Hospice Care would be greatly appreciated.
