He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Jim" Oliver and Janice Oliver (Knudson); and his father-in-law Joseph Nsubuga. He is survived by: his wife Irene Oliver (Nankya); his son Andrew Oliver; his siblings, Cathy Corbeil, Marcus Oliver, Jonathan Oliver (Melissa) and Dave Oliver (Sheila); and his mother-in-law Corney Derodra. He is also survived by six siblings in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews.
