He is survived by: his mother Carol Sweeny; his wife Michelle; his children, Samantha and Jesie Lyn (Jarrett); his stepchildren, Little Charlie and Christopher; his grandchildren, Lilionna, Jackson, Izabella, Jordan and David Jr.; his sister Adriane Hanson (Rick); his parents-in-law, Robert and Frances Clark; his brother Mike; and his sister-in-law Katlyn Clark. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends.
