Campbell (Augustine); her sons, Richard Jr., Robert and Bradley; her siblings, Kenneth Campbell (Fran), Ronald Campbell, Lloyd Campbell, Jackie Campbell, Dennis Campbell, Gilmore Campbell, Gary Campbell and Dixie Pixley (Don); and her siblings-in-law, Frank Hazeltine, Verjean Miller and Evie Becker.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Hazeltine; her daughters, Valorie Rheinschmidt (David) and Melody Gesicki (Chris); her grandchildren, Daniel, Michael, Michele, Robert Jr., Adam and Skylir; her siblings, Pat Hazeltine, Dean Campbell (Deanna), Carol Hansberry (Larry), Barbara Campbell and Larry Campbell; and her siblings-in-law, Douglas Hazeltine (Sue), Joyce Klitzman and LaVonna Flood (David). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
