With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirlee French (Janesville, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 12, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Welch and Milldrid Welch (Suddith); her daughter Lorraine Welch; and her siblings, Elizabeth, Bobby, Jimmy, Lillian and Billy.

She is survived by: her husband Herbert J. Telford; her children, Herb Telford (Sonya), Sandy Gaut (Jim), Nancy Punzel (Kevin), Cathy Trickey (Bruce), Vicky Stevenson, Carolyn Ary and John Telford; and her siblings, Eddy Welch, Linda Tracy (Gary), Larry Solles, Diane Livengood and Donny Welch. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
