He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father William Phelps; his wife Kathleen Phelps (Zahler); his daughters, Stephanie Myher (Steve), Amanda Phelps and Allison Phelps; his stepchildren, Nick Myher, Robert Myher (Anna) and Megan Tracy; his grandchildren, Audrey, Jace, Dominick, Charlotte, Elli and Emmitt; his mother Janice Woodman (Kuntz); his sister Sandy Rasmussen; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Mary Zahler; and his friends, Jim Brancamp and Paul McBride. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
