He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur McClellan and Esther McClellan (Jaynes); and his wife Audrey Zilisch. He is survived by: his children, Carol McClellan, Joanne Hughes (Ed) and Rowland "Andy" McClellan; his grandsons, Steven and Christopher Hughes; and his brother Charles McClellan (Ann). He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
Rollie was also active in many community organizations such as Forward Janesville, Janesville Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club. For his work with the Boy Scouts, Rollie received the Boy Scouts of America Lifetime Achievement and Contribution to Scouting Award.
