He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome G. Joers and Alyda L. Joers (Pollnow); his wife Linda Joers (Stumm); his brother Donald Joers; and his stepfather Omer Thulien.
He is survived by: his brother Scott Thulien (Kathy) of Appleton; his nephews, Christopher, Joshua and Erik Thulien; his sister-in-law Peggy Joers of Janesville; his niece Kathleen Fitzpatrick (Joers) of Keil; and his nephew Michael Joers of Janesville.
