He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore'Ted' Monson and Ona G. Monson (Hanson); his wife Joanne Monson; his daughter-in-law Sue Monson; his siblings, Jerry Monson, Donald Monson (Helen), Jean Klussendorf (Jack), Margie Monson and June Monson; and also Roger Monson (A. Marian).
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Monson, Bruce Monson (Lynn) and Kevin Monson; his grandchildren, Eric Monson (Kara), Abbey Husen (Matt), Max Monson (Rachael), Lisa Pember (Rich), Corey Larsen (Jenny), Michael Mansell and Melissa Hanthorn (Brad); his great grandchildren, Kyla, Luke, Amaya, Aiden, Addison, Austin, Alice, Anna, Alex, Mia, Jack, Elena, Atlas, Xadius and Vinnie; his great great grandchildren, Nia, Elijah and Isaiah; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Zimmerman and Joanie Cavanaugh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Nativity of Mary Catholic Church (313 E Wall St, Janesville, WI 53545). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Nativity of Mary Parish (313 E Wall St, Janesville, WI 53545).
