With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard A. Flanagan of Janesville, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 16, 2025 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Helmer Utterberg; and his siblings, Russell Reuter and Mary Jo Fraunfelder. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Kutz; his children, Allen Flanagan (Jennifer Kodish) of Dunlap, TN, Lisa Kilmer-Lexa (Mark) of Arlington, TX and Jeff Flanagan (Patty Van Keer) of Westerly, RI; his grandchildren, Tyler, Katie Sue Kilmer, Matt and Wendy Flanagan; and his siblings, Gerald Flanagan (Sandy) of Brookfield, Gary Utterberg (Bonita) of Janesville, Marie Severing (Richard) of Janesville, Carol Manthei (Timothy) of Kenosha and Patricia Gmeinder (Steven) of Hartland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
