He is survived by: his aunt Della Differt; his uncle Len Gaethke; his son Lenert Faytus (Stacie) of Delavan; his stepdaughter Michiko Tsuruga of Japan; his grandchildren, Lewis Faytus of Chicago and Christine Faytus of Delavan; his stepgranddaughters, Rie Ishikawa and Tomomi Tsuruga of Japan; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Arthur, Brynn, Kylie and Amara; his stepgreat-grandson Shunta; and his siblings, Roberta Mashlan of Milwaukee, Harold Blaize Jr. (Leslie) of Montana, Anthony Blaize (Frances) of Oak Creek and James Blaize of Oak Creek.
