He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward Baltzer, Sr. and Pearl Baltzer (Trickel); his wife Ruth Dykes; and his daughter Lynne Baltzer. He is survived by: his children, Dee Birschel (Donald) and Paul "Boomer" Baltzer III (Mary Lexa); his granddaughter Ellen Bratz (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Logan, Gavin and Bailey.
