She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony "Tony" Simone and Elizabeth "Betty" Simone (Sylvester); her husband Joe L. D'Acquisto; her sons, Tony and Michael D'Acquisto; and her in-laws, Thomas and Elsie D'Acquisto.
She is survived by: her children, Tom D'Acquisto (Kerry Kyle) and Nina Perona (Dean); her grandchildren, Lauren Perona and Vince Perona (Ashley); her sister Rosalie Simone (Laura Casperson); and her daughter-in-law Rose D'Acquisto of St. Paul, MN.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (315 Cherry St, Janesville, WI 53545). A prayer was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
