It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael R. Garvin Sr. of Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stan Garvin and Ada Garvin; his siblings, Stan Garvin Jr. and Ruth Wasson; and his son-in-law Tom Wellnitz.
He is survived by: his close friend Beth Bloedel; his children, Michael Garvin Jr., Patrick Garvin, David Garvin, Dianne Daily (David), Eric Garvin (Julie), Marianne Wellnitz, Sarena Krogman (Dean), Thomas Garvin (Shawn), Jodi Garvin and Jon Garvin; and his sister Karen Garvin (Jan Brundige). He is also survived by grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
