She is survived by: her parents, LeRoy Thompson and Loretta Thompson (McAuliffe); her spouse John Codman; and her children, Cheryl Thibedeau, Loretta Melichar (William), Debra Carr, Lisa Porter (Brad), Stuart Carr and James Carr. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
