He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Hoch and Virginia Hoch (Grady); and his sister Laura Lee Hoch. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Betancourt; his daughters, Yvonne Carrillo and Marcella Imhoff (Ryan); his grandchildren, Marcella Carrillo, Samuel Carrillo, Ysabel Imhoff and Benjamin Imhoff; his great grandchild Lucia Carrillo; and his uncle Mead Grady.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a memorial fund to be used for the care of military veterans.
