It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona V. Waddell of Janesville, Wisconsin, born in Westby, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ingvald Kraabel and Olga Kraabel (Erlandson); her husband John A. Waddell; her daughter Lori; and her sister Alta Berge.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia "Patty" Waddell-Fry (Rich) of Roscoe, IL, John Waddell of Hanover and Kevin Waddell of Janesville; her grandchildren, Erica, Jason, Bradley, Matthew, Jenna and Miles; her great grandchildren, Courtney, Hailey and Ethan; her great great grandchildren, Ella and Amara; and her sister Ida Hisel. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
