He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fugate and Gertrude Fugate (O'Bryan); his wife Marion Ott; and his siblings, Earl, Dorcas, Donella, Bernie, Roy, Francis, William, Beatrice, James, Margaret, Ruth and Carl.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Fugate (Linda), Marie Wallace (Christopher) and Catherine Crofts (Val); his grandchildren, Megan Leach (Robb), Maureen Fugate, Danielle McDonald (Matthew), Emily Wallace, Lauren Wallace, Timothy Wallace, Thomas Wallace, Lucia Wallace, Jonathon Crofts, Ellen Crofts, Joseph Crofts and Grace Crofts; and his siblings, Carol Kurland (Robert), Paul Fugate, Patrick Fugate (Leah) and Rita Siepker (Al). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, numerous other extended family members and friends.
