Judy Sommerfeldt Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Sommerfeldt of Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 13, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Judy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Judy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Gerred and Vivian Gerred (Koper). She is survived by: her husband Jerry (Jerry); her sons, Todd (Traci) and Chris (Natalie); her granddaughters, Emily and Isla; and her siblings, Don Gerred (Marie), Sue Fassbender (Del Cox) and Bob Gerred (Sherry). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
