He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Heagney and June Heagney (West); his sisters, Linda Heagney and Mary Howard; and his brother-in-law Patrick Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Heagney; his children, Angie Mezera (Daniel), Christopher Miller, Kenny and Billy Green; his grandchildren, Austin of Hunter, CJ, Blaine and Klarissa; his child Alexis; his siblings, David Heagney (Joette), Sue Quall (Tom), Nancy Heagney, Lori Pfeiffer (Tim) and Lisa Kalish (Randy); his mother-in-law Sharon Wheeler; and his siblings-in-law, Ramona Miller (Jeff), Lisa Dye (Jim), Aaron Miller (Wendy) and Keith Miller. He is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews; 50 great nieces and nephews.
