He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Knox and Veva Knox (Kothe); his wife Laura Mae Blackmore; his sister Leora; and his grandson Austin Sbonik.
He is survived by: his daughter Geneva Sbonik; his brother John Knox; his granddaughters, Jessica Sbonik (Jake Meisner) and Lauren Lindstrom (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Taylynn, Milo and Mason. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
