He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bluhm and Carol Bluhm (Schroeder). He is survived by: his children, Thomas Jeffrey Bluhm and Tyler Christopher Bluhm; and his siblings, Julie, Joanna, Jennifer, Jill, Joyce, Jamie and Jason. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
