The memory of Francis J. Sheskey of Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 17, 2024 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sheskey and Jennie Sheskey (Biel); his wife Betty J. Arndt; his daughter Diane Covington; his great great grandchildren, Brixx and Huxton Potterton; and his siblings, Henrietta Nielsen, Betty Hopp, Maurice Sheskey, Genevieve Goeller, John Sheskey and Rosemary Sheskey.
He is survived by: his children, James Sheskey of Exeland, WI, Deborah Brockman (DuWayne) of Brodhead, WI, Cheryl Cleasby (Mark) of Janesville, Roger Sheskey of Fitchburg, WI, David Sheskey (Patricia) of Janesville, Teresa Sheskey of Janesville and Richard Sheskey of Darrington, WA; his grandchildren, Carie Hooker, Dennis Sheskey, Andrew Brockman, Joshua Brockman, Keith Cleasby, Tina Cleasby, Amy Cleasby, Jennifer Serrault, Stephanie Sheskey, Jeremy Sheskey and Alexander Sheskey; and his siblings-in-law, Twila Sheskey, Mary Wille and Kenneth Arndt (Maru). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John Vianney Catholic Church (1250 E Racine St, Janesville, WI 53545). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
