She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Koch and Magdalen Koch (Dour); her children, Jeffrey (Kathleen) and Russell (Keri); her grandchildren, Christopher (Katie), Kevin (Andrea), Kellie (Vincenzo) and James; her great grandchildren, Elijah, Camden, Blakesley, Remington and Everleigh; her brother James (Karen); her sister-in-law Marge; her husband Harold Jarr; and her brother William.
After retiring to Janesville, Dorothy continued working and making friends by volunteering as a RSVP driver for seniors.
