She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Fisher and Leota Fisher; her husbands, Robert Mayfield and Lee Preston; and her siblings, Virginia Fisher, Geraldine Huebner, Lorraine Kettle, Gerald Fisher, Robert Fisher and Richard Fisher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Candy Heaslip of Janesville, Constance Southam (Scott) of Mohall, ND and Lori Mayfield of Janesville; her grandchildren, Robert Heaslip (Carrie), Timothy Heaslip (Stephanie), Thomas Marshall (Brandi), Alex Marshall (Nyla), JoDon Mundth, Jimmy Mundth, Kayla Kremer (Rick) and Nichole Preuss (Zach); and her son-in-law Bill Heaslip.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Cargill United Methodist church or Shriners Hospital would be appreciated.
