He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar E. Nordeng and Hannah M. Nordeng (Wolden); and his brothers, George, Oscar'Joe' (Marilyn), Charles (Shirley), John and James (Carol).

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Perkins; his children, David Nordeng, Jr. (Judith), Julina Fraunfelder (Troy Derke) and Heidi Fink (Chad); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Hannon (Chris) and Melinda Tearman; his great grandchildren, Eli and Eleanor; his granddaughter Veronica DeVillez (Jonathan); his great grandchild Ruth; his grandchildren, Alivia Nordeng, Isaiah Nordeng (Taryn Pongratz), Baby girl Fink and Ryan Newell (Mandy); his great grandchild Leilah; his grandson Alan Newell (Erika); his great grandchildren, Maxwell, Violet, Fiona and MacKenzie Newell (Joe Roland); his sister Martha Magee (Sonny); his friends, Jerry and Mary Reese; and his sisters-in-law, Lucy Nordeng and Jill Nordeng. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Also, an immense gratitude to David Jr, your donation of a kidney 22 years ago gave dad so much life and time with his family.
