He is survived by: his mother Barbara Schlegel (Flyte); his wife Lori Stelzer; his stepchildren, Melissa Patzner (Randy) and Andrea Vogt; his son Nicholas Schlegel (Courtney); his grandchildren, Rosalee, Rafe, Naomi, Gabriel, Annabelle and Thomas; and his siblings, Kenneth Schlegel (Yvonne), Suzanne Ritter, Patricia Heath (Timothy), Robert Schlegel (Janet) and Anissa Sidoti (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
