He was predeceased by: his mother Danielle Moreno (Augustyniak); his nephew Nathan Nicademus; and his stepmother Mary Moreno (Pollack). He is survived by: his father Daniel (Danielle Moreno); his sisters, Christina Tomlinson and Janet Teerling-Fender; his nephew James Nicademus; and his nieces, Nicole Carey, Maggie Carey and Danielle Tomlinson.
