She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Buzzy" Van Blaricom; her son Todd Van Blaricom; her parents, William J. Dembouski and Angeline Dembouski (Froncak); and her siblings, Mary, Richard, Eugene, Stella and Carol.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Van Blaricom (Denise), Daniel Van Blaricom (Susanna) and Carmen Hanson (Jeff); and her siblings, Andrew Dembouski, Raymond Dembouski (Dawn), Stanley Dembouski and Virginia Tostenson. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
