She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bennwitz and Claire Cunningham (Layden); her stepfather Richard Cunningham; and her brother-in-law Mark Severance. She is survived by: her husband Darles Hoffman of Evansville, WI; her children, Terry Hoffman (Kris) of Oregon, WI and Amy Tincher (Josh) of Janesville, WI; her grandchildren, Mallory Rodriguez (Deni), Jackson Hoffman, Emmy Tincher and Charlie Tincher; her siblings, Connie Davis (Dave), Stephen Bennwitz, Tom Bennwitz (Jill), Sally Feeney (Steve), Carrie Severance, Peggy Cunningham and Kathy Driscoll (Rob); and her stepmother Carol Graves Cunningham. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great niece and nephews and many other family members.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Coleen's name to Agrace Hospice.
