It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy M. Mertins (Janesville, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elaine Bliss and Jacinto Fernandez; her brothers, Ron Terwilliger and Phil Watts; and her brother-in-law Steve Knutson.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Mertins; her daughter Justina King (Avery); her granddaughters, Aaliyah King and Jemma King; her brothers, Bill Bliss (Jackie), Stewart Terwilliger, Rick Terwilliger (Sharon), Paul Watts (Nancy) and Tom Watts (Holly); and her siblings-in-law, Renee Knutson, Michelle Woods and Steve Mertins (Merry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
