It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Dorothy Jewett of Janesville, Wisconsin, born in Evansville, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James K. Peckham and Verna Peckham (Davis); her husband Wallace Jewett; her siblings, Crystal Peckham, Charles Peckham, Genevieve Flowers and Maynard Peckham; and her grandson Eric Jewett.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Carlson (Russ) of Athens, GA, Nancy Peterson of Chandler, AZ, Timothy Jewett (Jo-Ann) of Corpus Christi, TX, Daniel Jewett (Becki) of Greenville, IL and Veronica Cox (Ted) of Janesville, WI; and her foster children, Daniel Brown and Julia Tan. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; forty six great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and many extended family members and friends.
