He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. McNeil and Gladys M. McNeil (Asplund); his brother Ralph McNeil; and his pets, Holly, Charlie, Kess, Mickie, Georgie, Hannah, Thor, Gunner, Pee-Wee, Tweety, Smokey and Harry.
He is survived by: his siblings, Glen A. McNeil, Melanie Serafin (Dave) and Marcia McNeil; his sister-in-law Cindy McNeil; his nephews, Jesse, Jamie and Russell McNeil; his niece Emily; and his pet Sarah.
