She was predeceased by: her parents, John Meidl and Caroline Meidl (Heinzen); her husband Alphonse DeBroux; her children, Lois Coulthard, Lenny DeBroux and Larry DeBroux; her children-in-law, Barb DeBroux and Brad Adams; and her siblings, Nicklaus Meidl, Marie Waldvogel, Roland Meidl, Eleanor Frisch, Joseph Meidl, Anna Resch and Wilbert Meidl.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Haberman, Bernie DeBroux (Barb), John DeBroux (Jane), Arleen Bier (Jerry), Cecilia Hladky (Don), Kathy Raml (Ron), Nancy Sloat (Marty), Roger DeBroux (Kari), Pat DeBroux (Cindy), Laurie Sallee (Travis), Emily DeBroux, Scott DeBroux (Kirsten), Steve DeBroux and Kris Failes (Tim).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (315 Cherry St, Janesville, WI 53548).
