He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Quinn and Elaine Quinn (McLaughlin). He is survived by: his sister Kathleen Burgert (Steve); and his sibling's children, Elizabeth Burgert, Theresa Stocking (Eric), Stephanie Hawes, Molly Pinõn (David) and Kristopher Witt (Angela). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials to the American Heart Association or the Michael J. Fox Parkinson Foundation.
