He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin William Scheibe and Marie Elizabeth Scheibe; his sister Carol Marie Sternitzky; his siblings-in-law, Judith Scheibe and Richard Schmidt; and his children, Richard John Scheibe, Jr., Kim Marie Footohi-Rad and Michael Joseph Scheibe.
He is survived by: his former wife Judith A. Cliver; his grandchild Katelyn Matthes of Stratford; his children, Mark Scheibe of Marshfield, Kathy Matthes (Kurt) of Minnesota and Kelly Scheibe of Jackson, WI; his grandchildren, Kyle Matthes and Kari Morgen; his son-in-law Reza Footohi-Rad; and his siblings, Joanne Schmidt, Robert Scheibe and Ronald Scheibe (Barb) of Marshfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
