With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip P. Cler of Jackson, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 17, 2020 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phillip P. Cler to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Cler and Marie Cler (Zovar). He is survived by: his sister Mary Beth Born (John); his daughters, Lisa Neumann (Ken), Kristen Kollmansberger (Bob) and Kelli Fraley (Bryon); his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Addalissa (Jake), Paige, Bella, Phillip, Jakob and Colton; and his stepgrandson Kyle. He is also survived by many family members including amazing cousins, nieces and nephews and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to The Highgrounds in Neillsville, WI in honor of the veterans or St. John's Lutheran Church in Jackson, WI where Phil and Carol are members.
