He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burtard and Elda Burtard; his wife Diane M. Wolf; and his daughter Doreen. He is survived by: his children, Debra Owens of DePere, WI, John Burtard (Jackie) of Kewaskum and Jeff Burtard (Bobbie) of Kathleen, FL; and his sister-in-law Mary Wolf of Jackson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters.
