She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Patzen and Clara Patzen; her husband Leroy; her brothers, Ervin, Edwin and Otto Patzen; her sister-in-law Lila Patzen; her children-in-law, Janet Puestow and Dennis Bellin; her grandson-in-law Terry Tipton; and her nephews, Kenny Patzen and Kenny Mull.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Puestow (Bonnie), Allen Puestow (Mary), Shirley Thomas (Larry) and Carol Bellin; her grandchildren, Vicki Campbell (Darryl), Laurie Thomas Tipton, Randy Puestow, Roberta Jones (Alan), Dan Puestow (Sue), Karen May (Randy), Cindy Lepp (Mel), Shelly Puestow, Linda Puestow Warner and Dawn Bellin; her niece Barbara Mull (Ron); and her nephew Keith Patzen (Daine). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
