He is survived by: his father Jerry Case of Grand Island, NE; his wife Reverend Bridget Case; his sister Julie (Scott); his nephew Tanner Klein of Roca, NE; his aunts, Jan Brauer and Karen Kenyon; his uncle Jerry Kenyon; and his cousins, Jaci Dickson, Jodi Kenyon-Smith, Jarod Kenyon and Jeni Kenyon.
