He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Quardo and Lorraine De Quardo; his sister Linda Gleason; and his brother-in-law Bruce Johnson. He is survived by: his pet Gennie; his wife Ellen De Quardo; his children, Jason De Quardo (Tina) and Jody Whitman (John); his grandsons, Drew De Quardo, Brandon De Quardo and Ryan Whitman; his father-in-law Tony Matuszczak (Jan); and his siblings-in-law, Evie Johnson, Gail Schreiner (Larry), Kelly Hill (Terry), Emily Huf (Wally), Tricia Matuszczak, Scott Johnson (Betty), Dale Matuszczak (Tessa) and Flint Matuszczak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
