He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Lockwood and Helen Lockwood; his former wife Anne Prescott Farnsworth of Providence; his son Charles; his wife Yvonne Froehlich of West Bend; and his brothers-in-law, William Belconis and William Ganzel.
He is survived by: his son John; his daughter-in-law Terrianne of West Bend; his sisters, Marjorie Ganzel and Elizabeth Belconis of Racine; and his stepchildren, James Froehlich MD (Jackie) of West Bend, Thomas Froehlich (Mary) of Eagle River, Wisconsin, Lynn Russell (Michael) of Loveland and Patricia Verfuerth of Palm Springs, California. He is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Saint James Foundation of West Bend, the Cure Alzheimer's Fund or the charity of your choice.
