Frederick P. Ballerini Obituary

June 17th, 2023, Dr. Fredrick Ballerini, 78, of Jackson, WI was called home with his beloved family by his side. Fred was celebrating Father's Day, with family and friends, when he came to rest.

Fred was a well accomplished and known individual for his kindness, compassion, and loving nature. He was strong willed, and determined. Fred was known to many as Dr. Fred, or as his license plate on his Harley trike stated "PEGLEG". Fred was an inspiration to all that who was around him.

Fred spent most of his life practicing dentistry. Fred had his own practice, and then ended his career as a Dental Consultant. Fred was passionate about his career and helping others. It showed in his great work ethic and determination.

Fred was predeceased in death by his father Fernando and his mother Gloria Jean.

Fred is the beloved husband of Lynda. Beloved dad to his son Bill (Sue Herdzina) Ballerini. Cherished step father of Josh (Amanda) Lahr, Amanda (Justin) Montello, and Aaron (Nicole Hart) Lahr. Proud grandpa "Papa" and "Nonno" of Bennett, Lennox, Carmine, Aria, Addy, Easton and Summer. Brother of Arlene Esgate and Gloria Jean (Mark) Prince.

He is further survived by many other relatives, coworkers, and dear friends. He will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be Saturday July 1, 2023 at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls from 11am until time of Memorial Service at 1pm. We will have a celebration of life at the Sawmill Inn of Richfield following the memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, and donations in Fred's name to Shriners Hospital for Children would be greatly appreciated.
