He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hertha Kasten (Edgar), Norma Butt (Hugo), Ruben Kringel (Mildred), Gerhard Kringel (Anita), Mildred Peters (Marvin), Loraine Butt (Elvin), Anita Franzen (Donald), Marvin Kringel (Carol) and Edna Jobs (Arno); and his parents, Frank Kringel and Ida Kringel.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kringel (Leikauf); his children, Neal Kringel of Kent Island and Linda Knuth (Jeff) of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Nikki Knuth of Norfolk, Virginia, Thomas Knuth (Alyse) of Raeford, Kiana Kringel of Washington, DC and Conor Kringel of Annapolis; his great grandchild Liam Franklin Knuth; and his sisters-in-law, Marcia Rewolinski and Nancy Leikauf. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials to Trinity Lutheran Church or Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School are appreciated.
