She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kohlwey and Anna Kohlwey; her husband Gerald "Jerry" Rathke; and her daughter Jayne Nienhuis. She is survived by: her children, Sue Bliese (Bob) and Jon Rathke (Christine Ottersberg); her grandchildren, Jon Bliese (Kate Denissova), Chet Bliese, Carol Bliese (Ned Hull) and Anna Miller (Noah); her son-in-law Marc Nienhuis (Donna); her sister Renata Rappold; and her brother-in-law Oscar Rathke. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private family service will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021, 11:00 AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, in Grafton.
