He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, David (Shannon), Sally Mallow (Jeff Ewald), Susan McNutt, Sherry Boley (Gary) and Shelby Heinrich (Jon); his grandchildren, Amy Jennings (Kurt), Jason Mallow (Erin), Phillip McNutt (Jolene), Garad McNutt (Aly), Rob Christian (Ashley) and Ryan Christian (Kaitlyn); his great grandchildren, Andrew, Keaton, Charlie, Finnian, Zoe, Zane, Penelope, Aubree, Kennedy and Alaina; and his sister Esther Uttech.
