She is survived by: her husband Terrill "Terry" Welty; her children, Jeffery Welty (Cindy) and Allyson Bailen (Nicholas); and her siblings, Jack Smith and Ellen G Wolanek. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
