He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Gurtner; and his sister-in-law Gayanne. He is survived by: his mother Arlone Gurtner (Amdahl) of Iron River, WI; and his siblings, Jeff Gurtner, Brent Gurtner (Ann), Craig Gurtner (Dorothy) and Denise Winterscheidt (Heinz). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
