He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Hoeffling (Mitchell) and Louis Hoeffling; his wife Mary; his children, Linda Staxrud and Dan Hoeffling; his grandson Jason Hoeffling; his great grandchildren, Christopher Hoeffling and Zoe Tischler; and his siblings, Robert Hoeffling and Gloria Stewart.
He is survived by: his sons, Darrell Hoeffling (Gloria), Mike Hoeffling (Radha) and Brian Hoeffling (Pat); his children-in-law, Sue Hoeffling and Mike Staxrud; his sister Marion LePage; and his grandchildren, Jim Hoeffling (Marcy), Shelly Tischler (Gregg), Aaron Hoeffling (Alena), Brent Warren (Steph), Travis Warren (Leanne), Danielle Tribbey (David), Darren Hoeffling (Audra), Lori Bean, Tom Staxrud, Charlotte Hanson (Douglas), Stacey Wallin (Bob), Michael Hoeffling Jr. (Melissa), Dion Hoeffling (Brianna), Jessica Hoeffling, Josie Haugen (Doug), Jamien Hoeffling, Jared Hoeffling, Megan Craven (Tyler) and Elliott Hoeffling. He is also survived by 36 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
