He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Slaby and Rose Slaby (Janowsky); his son Troy Slaby; and his brother Robert Slaby. He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Chumbley (Ted); his grandchildren, Brittany Griffin, Laramie Teel and Stefen Slaby; his great grandchildren, Zoey and Jayce Griffin; and his sister Barbara Kempka. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
